When Tracy Hadlow joined Invicta IT Solutions, there wasn’t the lure of a large salary package, or a company car. It was something a lot more basic than that; She wanted to finally work for a company with the ‘real’ personal touch, which was largely lacking within the industry.
“I knew how much satisfaction I would get in an environment where I can fully understand our customers, speak to them in a language they understand and take ownership of their problems.”
Invicta IT solutions was set up in April 2005 by Wayne O’Shea, who left his previous job to start the company with a different ethos of working with the customer.
As an IT support company, they supply, install and maintain computer equipment for any Kent based company. Within a short time, his previous customers contacted him for work and the business spread by word of mouth.
It was in August that Wayne approached previous colleague Tracy Hadlow to help him grow the business as demand was increasing. The team has since been joined in November by Shaun Cuffe and now stands strong as an integrated team with a resource of engineers.
Tracy says, “We treat all of our customers as if they are our only customer. The service they receive is very personal, they build a good relationship with our engineers and like seeing the same friendly face.”
The team are also celebrating their recent Microsoft Gold Partner Status.
This precious accolade is not earned lightly and the engineers have had to endure a series of Microsoft exams and carry out work in accordance to Microsoft, backed up by customer testimonials. This also needs to be maintained yearly with constant standards maintained by the team.
With just one year under its belt, Invicta IT solutions is fast moving young company, with a wise outlook for the future.
Tracy finishes by saying that “We are a progressive company that really does understand individual business requirements. Not only have we built outstanding relationships with our customers, but we are looking to provide a consistent level of service that the company was founded on.”
Invicta IT Solutions have just joined the Chamber of Commerce as they believe in supporting the Kent business community.
